Comptel Convergent Mediation

Hi Folks,

I just started handling the case that raised by customer to Support team. This job is quite challenging and almost the same that I had done before when I was in Acision.

Totally new product hands-on. Perhaps can get used on the system very quick and start handling all major issue. So far, the work progress here done very smooth!
